A table was also set up in the stall next to it, occupied by a man. On the table was a well-worn, shiny black sewing machine. This man, like the man I saw earlier, makes his living sewing on the street. There are many people working with sewing machines on this street. The difference is that some are busy and some are bored. This man looked bored, unlike the man I saw earlier.
The pulley of the man's sewing machine remains stationary. With his arm on the sewing machine, the man is waiting for work to come out of nowhere. When I stopped in front of him, he immediately noticed me and turned his gaze to me without moving his body. His gaze seems a little sad.
In Yangon, many people are engaged in similar businesses on the street, but they are not always popular. Some people get job after job after job, and some people don't. As far as I could see, this man was the latter. As far as I could see, this man was the latter. Work is not distributed equally. It may be the same for those who work for a company.
