Shot in the city of Mae Klong, Thailand.
I came back to the bustling area after wandering about the residential area. Unlike in the residential area, the locals walked around this area. And some locals did business by the roadside. The woman in this photo was one of them. She worked with an old fashioned sewing machine. Her machine was a treadle machine. I saw many sewing machines with a foot treadle in Nepal, India and other Asian countries. It seemed to be also common in Thailand. It might be good because it didn't cost in electricity.
A brand name was seen on its body. According to it, this machine was produced by Janome Sewing Machine, a Japanese company. I didn't know how old her machine was. Yet the company seemed to develop and operate a business in Thailand since old days.
