Many people were waiting for the train to come at the Phaya Lan station
Many people were waiting for the train to arrive at the roofed area of the Phaya Lan station. The benches were occupied by people waiting for the train. People were sitting still and no announcement was made. The platform was filled with silence. The only sound coming into my ears was the rain. Watching the people waiting for the train without doing anything, it was as if they were doing some kind of ascetic training.
The young man sitting in the foreground in the photo was also sitting still on a bench. He was on his cheekbones, gazing blankly at the ground. The train was not coming, and the platform was covered with a sense of weariness from the people waiting. Fortunately or unfortunately, I had not come here to catch the train, so I was not swallowed up by this malaise. I was looking around the platform where people were idly waiting for the train, feeling calm.
