Shot at Phaya Lan Train Station in Yangon, Myanmar.
There were many people on the platform which I entered. I could see street vendors along with the passengers. The vendors also waited for a train coming because they did business on the cars. I wondered what kind of fare structure applied to such people. Maybe they were season-ticket holders.
Looking at the opposite platform, it was deserted as contrasted with the hither side. Some benches were placed under the roof. And advertisement of an American beverage company was seen on the wall. When I saw that kind of ads, I felt many foreign companies invested in Myanmar after the lifting of the economic sanctions.
A young woman wearing red clothes sat on the bench. She had a black bag and waited for a train while lowering her eyes.
