Walking only on the main street was not interesting, so I decided to take a side street. The street I stepped into was dusty with construction work going on here and there, and stores lined both sides of the street with construction equipment. Many people were walking in the dust. As I walked leisurely, I came in front of a store. Two figures could be seen inside the store. A mother was here with her young son.
There was a counter inside the store, and pictures from a catalog were lined up on the side of the counter. From the pictures, this appears to be a children's clothing store. The mother probably came here to buy clothes for her son. This store is a closed stack type of clothing store, which is not often seen in Japan, and customers are not allowed to look around the merchandise as they please. With such a system, I wonder if it would be difficult to find clothes that I like, but I wonder. While I was thinking about this, a boy noticed me and gave me a quizzical look.
