This alley must be a shortcut to get to Khaosan Road. Thinking so, I stepped into the alley. The alley was narrow, sandwiched between old buildings. As I walked forward, I saw a sign in the middle. There seemed to be a jewelry store in this deserted alley. The sign was written in English, so it must have been very close to Khaosan Road.
There was a mirror hanging at the end of such an alley. I don't know why it was there. Perhaps it meant that I should come here to clean myself up before going out from the alley to the street. As I stopped to think about this, a man walked past me. I could see his reflection in the mirror. But the man didn't stop to check his appearance, he just walked away.
