There was a place covered with a big roof. It was a local market. Many people were working and it was crowded. It seemed to be common to buy the foodstuffs in the market here because there were no supermarkets in this ancient capital.
In a corner of the market, a woman was sitting on a chair and selling the pieces of bread. Many pieces of bread were piled up beside her. And she was just talking with a customer. She might haggle over price.
