Shot at Khlong Toei Market in Bangkok, Thailand.
It is important to eat hot dishes on a hot day in view of the suffering from the summer heat. Yet it is also irresistible to eat something cold. Many people in this Khlong Toei Market couldn't resist the charm of cold food. Therefore, some hawkers selling cold food did business here. The man was one of them.
The man wearing a hat and checkered shirt was a hawker and sold ice cream in the market. Many cups and spoons were seen on his wagon. And of course, there were many Ice cream cones.
When I came to him, he got an order and just scooped his goods. However, what he did next surprised me a little. He didn't put it not into a cup nor cones. And he sandwiched the ice cream into the bread.
It was called ice cream bread and seemed to be common in Thailand. As I recall, I saw an ice cream sandwiched between a French bread in Vietnam. People in Southerneastern Asian countries might like the combination.
