The town was tranquil. I was jerked from slumber by the sound of horse cart in the early morning during staying. The horse carts were still working here. Unbelievably, it was one of the centers of the April Uprising in 1876.
Yet the city seemed to think it was a youthful indiscretion. I couldn't find any remnants of the unquiet days while I rambled along the streets. What I saw were the old houses along the street in this quiet town.
