Hanging Scroll In Senkyo-kan

Hanging scroll in Senkyo-kan

An ink painting was hung inside

Shot at Senkyo-kan in Iwatsuki district of Saitama city.

The scroll in this photo was hung on the wall in the old fashioned building called Senkyo-kan. Senkyo-kan was a former private school found in Edo period. Its building was preserved as it was and open to public now. If I didn't know that this building was a school, I couldn't find out the fact. The interior was different from what I imagined as a school.

Some words were written on it. Yet I couldn't read because they were dexterity with the pen.
