When I was walking near Sule Pagoda, I met a girl with bobbed hair. Her face was sparkling white because she painted thanaka on her face. He showed me her bashful smile.
At the time of shooting, I had just arrived in this country. So I was not used to seeing and what she painted interested me so much. Yet it was a distinctive feature of the culture of this country. I saw people who painted thanaka everyday during staying.
