This tourist attraction was built on the site where the mansion of three English merchants stood. The names were Thomas Blake Glover, Frederic Ringer and William John Alt. Among them, Glover is most famous. And the name of this garden derives from his name. He made a contribution to the modernization of Japan.
The garden was well-groomed. Many tulips were blooming in the flower bed. Although the original owners were not Dutch, this country has a long relationship with the Netherlands. I thought it was why the tulips were planted here.
