I came to Tohuku-Ji built in 1236 by the imperial chancellor Kujō Michiie. The precinct was spacious and a nice place to walk around because it was quiet. I thought the silence suited to the religious spaces.
During I wandered the precinct, the main hall of this temple was seen on the other side of the trees. The main hall belonged to the big temple which had 25 adjunct small temples was also gigantic.
