A young man was working at a food stall. Meat skewers were laid out on the rim of a large pot placed in front of him. Most of the meat seemed to be pork offal. This is a stall called Wet Tha Dok Hto, which is a common Myanmar stall for skewered pork chops.
Here's how it's done. The skewers are dipped into a pot of broth in the middle and dipped in sauce or spices. The green chili and garlic on the table are perfect to add a touch of familiarity to the dish. The biggest problem for me was that I don't really like offal.
