Looking at the sidewalk of a wide street from a pedestrian bridge, I found a food stall. A table was placed on the sidewalk and three staffs sat near the table. A pot filled with oil was placed in the center of the table and many skewers were lined around the pot. It was a food stall selling fried meats on a skewer.
No customers were there at that time and the three staffs of this stall seemed to have nothing to do. The food was all prepared. All that was left was to wait for customers coming.
They served offal meat. It was common to eat fried offal meat here. I saw often this kind of food stall when I walking around the streets in Yangon. Yet I didn't try once because I didn't like offal meat very much.
