The little boy looked at me tentatively with his thanaka-painted face
I met a baby and its mother in the street. Thanaka was painted on both faces. The baby was held by her and looked at me with surprising eyes. Yet what I was attracted was a small hat-like accessory which was on her hair. It was ribboned.
