The tower in the photo is Tokyo Tower. As you can see, this tower was imitating the style of the Eiffel Tower. I wondered why the architect didn't adopt the original design.
If Alexandre Gustave Eiffel who designed Eiffel Tower and his inheritors had the copyright, I worried Tokyo Tower would be sued for the infringement of copyright. One of the few differences between them is the height. Tokyo Tower's height is higher than its original a little bit.
