Even the streets, which were laid-back as a whole, did not all have a leisurely time. While most people were relaxed, some were hard at work. They were the kind of people who use the streets stretching into residential areas as their workplaces. The men in the photo were working on a residential street.
The men were gathered on the side of the street, repairing appliances. Parts and coils were scattered around them, making it look like a factory. One man was cutting rhythmically on a wooden cutting board. A man squatting next to him was turning screws. There is a large box-shaped object on the floor, which seems to be the object to be repaired, but I am not sure what it is. It looks like a microwave oven, but I am not sure what it is. In any case, the men were working without wasting time or talking. Among them, only the man sitting at the far end of the room was just sitting there and not doing anything. He was the only one who noticed the camera and reacted.
