The man took elaborate care of the fishing net
After coming back to the bank from the island in the river, I headed for the market in this town. I saw it on my way to the temple. Yet I postponed to visit it. The market was built near the river. Many automobiles and people came and went in front of it. Seemingly, the place was the center of Kyauktan.
Entered the site of the market. The dim market was occupied by the small shops. Various goods were sold there. Yet I found an article for sale, which I had never seen in the market in Yangon's downtown. It was a fishnet. Coming to a shop, a fishnet was hung in the storefront. And a young man stood beside the net. He was just taking elaborate care of his article. When I crossed the river to the island, I saw some fishing boats floating in the river. So there were many fishermen in this town and the fishnet was marketable here.
