A man and a woman were standing side by side at a small fishing port in Sokcho. Behind the woman, who wore a kind of women's work pants, was a fishing net. They were holding the end of the net and working together. They were tending to the net together. They seemed to be a married couple who had been together for a long time, as they worked quickly and without talking to each other.
Sokcho is a town famous for its squid fishing. The nets they were tending were probably used for catching squid. Squid fishing is usually done after dark with the lights on. They may have been in the middle of preparing to go out fishing. I could also see a squid fishing boat moored on the other side.
