A table was placed in the shade by the roadside and a man was standing beside it. He was a street vendor and selling apples there. There was a heap of apples on the table. The atmosphere was dismal. He was leaning out from the behind of the pole as if he was hiding and setting the apples on the table.
Because this country was too hot to cultivate apples, these apples could be imported from America or Japan.
