Shot at a market in Taipei, Taiwan.
It is said the Chinese cuisine is one of The Three Grand Cuisines. Besides, there are no taboos in Chinese dishes. They said Chinese eat all of what flew in the sky except airplanes and all of four legs except the chairs. The market in Taipei offered various foods and foodstuffs.
The woman in this photo was a butcher. She wore a cap and had a Chinese kitchen knife in her hand. And she was just cutting the big block of pork.
