Worship-visitor In Todoroki Fudoson

Woman joining hands in prayer

The woman was just offering prayers

Shot at Todoroki Fudoson, a Buddhist temple in Todoroki, Tokyo.

At the end of the Todoroki Valley, Todoroki Fudoson was built. The deity enshrined here was Acala called Fudo-Myoo in Japan. It was also said that it was one of the avatars of Shiva. Yes, it traced back to Hinduism. It came all the way from India to Japan. And it was worshipped in an obscure part of the city.

During I was thinking such thing, a female worship-visitors were praying seriously in front of the main hall.
