The alleyway I walked was narrow and flanked by the old fashioned buildings. Because it was a back street, there were no facades. I could see only some back doors and a signboard written with Chinese characters at the end of the lane.
A young woman came from over there. Although I didn't know the reason, she was lowering her eyes. And she walked on the edge of the lane as if she avoided notice. As contrasted with other tourists, she seemed not to be happy.
