The old man was wearing a cap called Taqiyah

Old man wearing Taqiyah
Shot in the Fort, the old city of Galle, Sri Lanka

The old quarter of this town was tranquil. At the time of visiting, there were few tourists. And it seemed to be still untouristy. So I could see the ordinary life of local during walking around.

An old man was standing with a stick in the street and talking with a man in a shop. Apparently, he was a Muslim because he wore a white cap worn by Muslim typically. Although Islam was not the major religion in this country, there were many Muslims in this town which was once prospered as a trading port.
