It was drizzling. A typhoon was approaching this small town. So a mother was in a hurry. She was walking with an umbrella at an aggressive pace while she was holding her little daughter in her arm. She might want to go back to her home before the rain was coming down in earnest.
In the meantime, they passed by a man. He who had no umbrella was standing alone with a stick in his hand. He seemed to be optically challenged. And the little girl cast an eye on him.
