Some people worked in a shop busily. The shop sold Shengjian Bao, a type of filled bread-like dumpling originated in Shanghai. The division of work seemed to be well-established and every staff in the shop worked without saying a word. Some staffs wrapped dumplings one after another, some staffs escalloped dumplings, and some staffs sold dumplings to the customers. The dumplings were fast-selling and seemed to be popular here.
The man in this photo was one of the staffs working. He took care of the wrapping in this shop. A big can filled with the content of the dumplings was placed on the table. And he scooped and wrapped one after another skilfully. I wondered how many dumpling he made a day.
