A wholesaler I passed in Mumbai looked busy. Inside the small store, there were piles of bags so big that there was no room to step on them, and men were busily working. The bags were labeled "WHITE LILY." However, it was hard to believe that these bags were filled with bags of white lilies.
It seems that this WHITE LILY is a Maida brand. Maida is a white flour commonly used in Japan. It is the type of flour used to make "naan" and "samosa" crusts. In other words, this wholesaler deals in flour. When I pointed my camera inside the store, the employees looked at my camera.
