Shot at Da Nyin Gone train station in Yangon, Myanmar.
There were many vendors, who did business, in the station yard. Most of them were female. And some vendors took along their kids. They worked while they looked after their children. The little boy in this photo was that kind of kids.
Coming to the edge of the platform, I saw him playing alone. Even though he cast an eye on my camera, he didn't show any interest in me. And he kept playing. Seemingly, he was much interested in a lever arm of Railroad switch. That's understandable. I was also interested in the lever, which was built on the edge of the platform. And it was possible to touch for everyone. I wondered whether I could operate it. If I operated the switch without asking, the station would escalate into drama.
