When I was walking through the city of Rangpur, I was talked by a woman. It was quite unusual to be talked by a woman in Bangladesh, where Muslims are the majority. Wondering what was going on, I looked at the woman and saw a girl standing beside her.
The woman who approached me was the girl's mother. Apparently, her daughter was interested in me, a foreigner hanging around with a camera, so her mother approached her instead. She was interested, which means she wanted to have her photos taken.
When I pointed the camera at her, the girl in the saree stared at me intently. Her eyes were big and strong. When I stared into her eyes, I felt like I was going to be sucked into them.
