The woman was carrying a big basket on her head
I met a woman wearing a Saree during I ambled about the streets. She had a piercing on her nose and pierced earrings. Besides, a big basket was put on her head. It was a common way to carry something here. Of course, she didn't put both of her hands on the basket. When I focused on her, she scrunched up her eyes as if she had nothing on her head.
By the way, I thought it was a nice way to adjust the posture to carry a basket on the head. It might be impossible to carry if the posture was bad. The woman in this photo had a good posture.
