The woman smiled cheerfully
When I rambled along the narrow lanes, I met this woman who wore a saree. The place seemed to be a communal kitchen. Behind her, a big pot was also seen. Because it was covered with a cloth, something to eat could be inside. Besides, I saw some other women doing household chores there. Getting shy, other women didn't come close to me.
Yet she stood just in front of me and smiled. Her arms were strong and her smile was meek. Her arms might become strong because she lifted the heavy pot everyday.
