Gate Of Daiko-Ji

gate of Daiko-Ji

A woman was entering into the gate of Daiko-Ji

Shot at Daiko-Ji, a Buddhist temple in Nagasaki city, Nagasaki.

The wooden gate in this photo was an entrance of the Daiko-Ji temple. During watching the gate from the outside, a woman appeared. And she was entering into the precinct through the gate.

A statue wearing a hat was seen on the other side of the gate. It was Shinran who was the founder of a sect of Buddhism in Japan. It stood silently at the entrance as if it was greeting whoever came to this temple.
