A figure walked at the end of the tunnel-like passage
The mAAchi ecute Manseibashi is a commercial establishment. The kind of facilities is very common in Tokyo. Yet it is different from other many commercial architectures a little. It was built on the old station site. Once there was a train station which was one of the busiest stations in Tokyo here. It is not very common that the train station becomes a commercial establishment.
Unfortunately, there are two train stations within walking distance. Besides, it dwindled in importance. In 1943, the Manseibashi station went out of existence. Since then, the site was used as a part of the Transportation Museum. According to the move of the museum, it changed again and became a commercial establishment.
Many shops are side by side under the railway tracks. Stopping in the passage, some arches were seen. And I saw a figure of a woman walking at the end of the tunnel-like passage.
