There is a wide pedestrian bridge near the famous diagonal crossing. It connects the JR station and the Inokashira Line station. A big mural painting which was painted by Taro Okamoto, a Japanese artist. The work has been long-forgotten and found in 2003. After the restoration, it adorns the walls here. Although the artist is one of the famous painters in Japan and the work was very impressive, not many pedestrians stop to look. Most of them passed by it as if there is nothing.
On the other hand, many people stop on the opposite side of the wall. The place is a vantage point to watch the diagonal crossing through the window. Some people hold a camera. Watching the people, I noticed big eyes on the wall of a building. In contrast to the people, they looked over here as if they watched the artwork outside the window.
