The wharf called Sadarghat was crowded with a lot of wooden boats. These boats were not used for pleasure. They were public transportation. Many locals came here to cross the Buriganga River by these boats. And the young and the old boarded boats.
The boats came to the wharf and left the wharf in an endless stream. Watching them, I was worried whether all the boats could arrive at the opposite side of the wide river or not.
