His eyewear was psychedelic somehow
The man who had a full forehead stood by the wayside. And he caught my eye when I was about to pass by. He seemed to be interested in a foreign stranger with an SLR camera. He got a good look at me through the glasses.
The edge of the frame turned up and that made his glasses psychedelic. I felt the psychedelic style in the 60s. Maybe he had been using them habitually since he was a child when he didn't wear a mustache.
