Woman With A Bindi

Woman with Bindi

A dot was seen between her eyebrows

Shot in the city of Berhampore, India.

I met a woman wearing a saree. Saree was popular here. And I always could feel an exotic atmosphere when I saw the women who wore a saree. The woman in this photo was smiling faintly when I focused on her. Maybe she got shy a little.

She wore pierced earrings and put a Bindi on her forehead. A Bindi is a forehead decoration worn in South Asia. I saw many people like her in this area. It made also an exotic feeling.
