Shot at Mangkon Kamalawat Temple, a Buddhist temple in Bangkok, Thailand.
Along with many altars, many incense burners were placed in spots in the hall. I stopped in front of one of them. Many incense sticks were stuck inside and burning silently. The incense air was wafting in the hall. Apparently, the incense sticks used here seemed to be longer than the incense sticks used in Japan.
In the meantime, an older woman came to the incense burner. And she started to offer some incense sticks. Because this temple was a poplar for the locals, the incense sticks in the burner never burnt out.
