There were some Buddha statues in the precinct. A statue of Kshitigarbha stationed silently long the path. It had a Cintamani, a wish-fulfilling jewel, in his left hand. There was another statue, which was larger than the statue of Kshitigarbha, on the other side of it.

Unlike Kshitigarbha, the statue was sitting. These two statues were looking the other way each other. Watching them, I felt as if they were like cats and dogs.
