I stopped at a pedestrian bridge over the Kannjo Route 7 and watched the stream of automobiles flowing below me. Many cars were running with the flow. After a while, the flow suddenly stopped. All the cars stopped at once. As I was wondering what was going on, a Tram appeared at the railroad crossing at the end of the road and began to cross the road. It was the Setagaya Line.
The tram was moving slowly, attracting the gazes of motorists who were meekly waiting for the tram to cross. It was as if it was fully aware that it was the star of the moment.
