The figures walked the dim passage in a brisk pace
In contradistinction to the splendor of the bustling areas, the passage under the railway track was dim. There was shadow where there was light. I thought this passage assumed the dark side of this city.
Many pedestrians were walking through the passageway. One figure came from the right side and the other came from the left side. They passed each other without saying a word. Everybody wanted to go through this passage as soon as possible.
