Beyond the dimly lit entrance, there was the light of a store and the presence of people

Walking through alleys is fun. Whenever I find an alley, whether in Japan or abroad, I am always happy and want to explore it. However, just because you feel like entering an alley doesn't mean you will always be able to go. Especially if the alley is in a residential area, you never know. Sometimes it looks like an alley, but in fact, it may be someone's house, and you hesitate to step inside. Even if you do enter, you may be surrounded by men hanging around inside. It is difficult.

On the other hand, I never feel nervous about entering an alley in a commercial area. It is a commercial area, after all. It is not a private space, and no one at the store would feel uncomfortable about having as many people as possible come in, even if they are alone. The alley in Yurakucho is also lined with bars, waiting for as many people as possible to enter. But for all that, the entrance was unassuming. Although there were glimpses of store lights ahead, the entrance was dimly lit. It was impossible to tell from the entrance what kind of store was there. Perhaps it was a trap to get people to become curious and enter.
