The passage under the railway was dim. Some drinking places were doing business there. They might be nice places to blather on and on about the boss for the businessmen because they were messy.
By the way, the passage was built in many ages ago. The height was short. According to the traffic sign, the passageway was 2.1m high. So if a group of Dutchmen came here, some of them couldn't walk with a straight back. The highest average height of men was recorded in the Netherlands.
