The building was dimly lit as I stepped inside, and soft sunlight poured in through the windows beyond the shelves on the window ledges. Pottery and statues were silhouetted on the shelves. A number of Buddha statues and vases were placed on it. The shelves had a very Chinese feel to them.
The Chinese art style is called "Chinoiserie", but this place was not an antique shop. This was not an antique shop but a building in a Chinese garden, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was not a Chinoiserie, but an authentic Chinese style.
