In Bangladesh, human-powered cycle rickshaws are still an important form of transportation for the locals. The city is littered with so many cycle rickshaws that are a dime a dozen.
The drainage system in Dhaka is lousy. When it rains like a squall, there are many big puddles on the road. But cycle rickshaws don't care about a few puddles. There were many cycle rickshaws lined up on the rubbish-strewn and puddled roads.
However, even if there were puddles on the road, they didn't care about it, even though the auto rickshaws, called CNG here, were the same.
