Shot in the city of Yangon, Myanmar.
Most people who came to this street market were locale people. I didn't see any other tourists during walking. And a local atmosphere wafted. No one was decked out here. Not only the shoppers but also the businessmen wore everyday clothes.
The woman in this photo sat by such the roadside. She wore a relatively vivid one-piece suit. What she wore was filled with many colorful polka dots. On the other hand, a white painting was seen on her face. Thanaka was painted on her face. Thanaka is a yellowish-white cosmetic paste. It was common to see people painted Thanaka in Myanmar. Yet the way of painting was different from each other. This woman painted on the entire face. It looked like a massage mask.
