A boy was standing at a water place in an alley in Mumbai. When he noticed my presence, he turned around and I saw his face was covered with foam. He was just in the middle of shampooing his hair. When I looked closely, I saw that not only his face but also his entire head was covered with foam.
When you walk around India, you will see men washing their bodies at water places on the roadside, and you will also see men washing their bodies in the river water. There are so many people washing their bodies in the water on the street or in the river that I would think they don't have a bath at home.
Although there is a need to wash and refresh oneself, there is no such thing as a public bathhouse here. If you bring something like the super Sento (public baths) that are popular in Japan to India, it might be a hit.
