When I walk around the city of Kathmandu, I see cycle-rickshaws here and there. Here, not only tourists but also locals use the cycle rickshaws to get around. It's a common people's foot.
When there is no customer on the seat, they wait for the customers at the roadside. However, not all of them are waiting for the customers to come. Some of them are just taking a rest.
The cycle rickshaw in this photo was not waiting for customers, but he was taking a rest on his vehicle. An exhausted rickshawaller was taking a nap inside the rickshaw. The seats of the cycle rickshaws are covered with plastic, probably because it was the rainy season. Whenever it rains, his sleep will not be disturbed.
