In Yangon, there are many bicycle cabs running around. Of course, there are also gasoline-powered cabs, but few locals take them. For the locals, bicycle cabs are the preferred mode of transportation. Walking around town, you will see bicycle cabs parked here and there on the side of the road, and the drivers are all leisurely waiting for their customers to arrive. Few people are working hard. Japanese businessmen work much harder.
The man in the photo was also a bicycle cab driver. He was sitting comfortably on his vehicle parked on the corner of the street. It was in the shade, so it was probably a good place to rest. The man is relaxing here, waiting for guests to arrive. He was not shouting to invite the guests to come over, and I felt that he had a lot of leeway in his quiet waiting.
